EVENTS REGISTRATION
<<<
If you want event(s) to be included in either the Preliminary Event Listing (PEL)
that will appear on this website, or in the onsite convention Program, you must register your game by the above dates (if you register your game after
May 11, it will be in the program addendum, i.e., insert).
Start planning now!
Please note that it is not recommended to plan on just showing up to the convention
and expect to easily get a table to run a game on (especially one larger than the
standard 6x10 size), as there will be little space available. Therefore, please
submit your event by the deadlines listed above.
Convention Theme: “Brother Against Brother” – The war that changed America – the American Civil War, 1861-65
Awards: As always we encourage people to put on their best game at the
convention! There will be awards for game masters and we will need volunteers to
help out at the GM Help Desk. Check out the Awards and be "in the know" as to what's going on...
If you have any questions about running your game prior please contact the Events Manager.
He will be available to assist you up until the convention.
Gamemaster Policy: The primary GM (not assistants) will automatically
receive free admission if the event is submitted for inclusion in the Preliminary
Events List; PEL deadline is
April 15
(typical games have 6+ players for 4 hours,
etc., and Convention Management reserves the right to refuse any game or admission.)
Note: GM badges will be available at the Pre-Reg Desk at the convention.
