As of May 14th, the PEL is now available!
The word ‘Events’ is the overall term used to describe everything from Games, and
Painting Classes, Contests and Events, to the Military Seminar Series and the many Tournaments,
as well as other special events, at the convention. Events are arranged as sub-topics in
alphabetical order below. Clicking on any of the links below will take you either to a web
page or a PDF * file containing information on those particular events.
*Adobe Acrobat Reader® required to view this file. Download it for free from
Adobe Systems Inc
website.
This year there are over 600 games in the PEL alone – plus seminars,
tournaments and painting events – over 50% more than in last year's
PEL over the same number of days!
Please Note:
That no new events (games, etc.) will be added to the PEL – the only updates will be for
canceled events or changes to event days/times (these updates will be listed as a separate PDF
* file) – exception being adding new special events for promotional purposes only. However,
there will be more events available at the convention, which will be listed in the onsite program.
Don’t wait, pre-register for your games now for the best chance to get a place at the table!
In fact, you’ll probably find that there is so much at HISTORICON that you probably won’t
get to do all that you want in the four days of Historical Miniatures Gaming's Biggest Summer Vacation!
Games, Games and more Games!
Clicking on any of the links below will take you to a PDF * file that contains
either the entire PEL or each day's events, in chronological order (if you do
not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, see note at bottom of this page). Note that the
PDF files are searchable, so you can find your favorite event, GM, or other
information, more quickly.

Painting University: Events, Classes & Contests
The Painting Event’s Staff has a round of classes, contests and some other
surprises as well, for an outstanding painting experience. As usual we’ll
be offering classes for every level of figure painter. We have increased our
staff of experienced painters in order to give students an opportunity to
experience new and different techniques, even from classes they’ve
already taken.
